Some of these tips and advices are general for all RC products. Of course there are some exceptions depending on what type of model you buy. Fore more in deep information please click the SUPPORT FORUM link below.

General rules R/C products
1. Always turn on the radio first and then the car, plane or boat.
2. Always turn off the car, plane or boat first and then the radio.
3. Make sure the batteries are new and / or fully charged.
Notice! All RC products should only be used on big areas where you have a lot of space, and last but not least, with a common sense.
Batteries
In all radiocontrolled cars, planes and boats there is a chargable battery. For best effect please make sure the battery is fully out of charge before recharging it again. Sometimes these batteries comes half-charged directly from the manufacturer, if that`s the case make sure to use it as long as you can before charging it for the first time.
The charge time for batteries varies since there`s usually different batteries in each model. You check the charging time for your model by divide the battery mAh with the charger`s mAh. For example: If you have a charger with output effect 400 mAh and the battery is 1200 mAh it should be charged for 3 hours.
Frequences
Usually a product is available in more than one frequency (Mhz). This, so you can use two (or more) products at the same time. For example: If you buy two HBX Buggy XT (or other RC products) from us we always send you two different frequencies (if available) so you can race against your friend.
Electric Cars
Please notice that together, electronics and wet conditions (snow, rain, water) aren`t any good! If you still want to drive during these circumstanses you need to protect the electronics really well. You can do that by putting your electronic speed regulator in a plastic (or other material) bag that is water and heat resistant. Always clean affected parts from mud and dirt after every drive.
Planes
1. Always ensure the batteries are fully charged!
2. Check the planes range (on ground) by moving away from the plane and then press throttle.
3. Always start AGAINST the wind.
4. Always land AGAINST the wind.
NOTICE! Check the wings, rotors to make sure these are straight before you take off.
Nitro Cars
All electronics are allready mounted and configurated. The most important thing still remains, To drive and set the motor. This will extend your motors life. If you don`t do this your motor can break down. Fore more information please see SUPPORT FORUM link at the top of this page.
