1. Ta ur om du har något spel i din Nintendo DS Lite.
2. Sätt på din konsoll genom power switchen.
3. Tryck på A-knappen när "Touch the Touch Screen to continue" meddelandet kommer upp på skärmen.
4. När huvudmenyn kommer upp, använd styrkontrollen för att placera pekaren över settings knappen (se bifogad settings.gif bild), tryck sedan på A-knappen.
5. Använd styrkontrollen för att placera pekaren över kalibrerings-knappen (se bifogad calibration.gif bild), tryck sedan på A-knappen.
6. Använd din pekpenna, och tryck på den röda fyrkanten som kommer upp på skärmen. Upprepa detta varje gång när fyrkanten rör sig.
* Du måste trycka på den röda fyrkanten exakt på de tre påsitionerna, annars kommer testet att startas om.
7. När du är klar, kommer 4st fyrkanter upp så att du kan testa touchscreenens känslighet. (Testet är valfritt.) Tryck på "Confirm" knappen i nedre högra hörnet när du är klart.
8. Vänta tills bekräftelse-meddelandet har försvunnit, tryck sedan på "Quit," sedan "Yes" för att avsluta. Enheten kommer automatiskt att spara dessa inställningar.
Calibrating the DS Lite Touchscreen
1. Remove any game from the Nintendo DS Lite.
2. Turn the system on by pressing the POWER switch.
3. Press the A Button when the "Touch the Touch Screen to continue" message appears.
4. When the main menu appears, use the Control Pad to to place the cursor over the Settings Menu Panel (see attached settings.gif) at the bottom of the screen, and press the A Button.
5. Use the Control Pad to place the cursor over the orange icon (see attached calibration.gif image, and press the A Button.
6. Use the stylus, and tap the red square that appears on the screen. Do this each time the square moves.
* You must touch the red square precisely at each of the three positions, otherwise the test will continue to re-start.
7. When complete, four squares will appear, allowing users to test the touch screen sensitivity. (Testing is optional.) Tap the "Confirm" button in the lower-right corner.
8. Wait for the the confirmation message to disappear, then tap "Quit," then "Yes" to exit. The unit will shut down automatically to save the settings.
