INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

§ 1. General
These terms and conditions (for the sale of products by Rejoy internationally) supersede any other terms appearing elsewhere. The terms and conditions concluded hereunder constitute the entire understanding between Rejoy and the Customer. In these Terms and Conditions “Customer” means the person, firm or company with whom an order is placed. To shop at Rejoy.se you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under age you need a parent/an adult to register.

§ 2. Prices, taxes and custom fees
All prices quoted by Rejoy are in Euro (EUR) or Swedish crowns (SEK) and includes VAT except if stated otherwise. All prices are subject to alteration by Rejoy without notice. Rejoy is not responsible for any extra taxes or customs fees which may apply upon delivery to the destination country.

§ 3. Orders
Orders (payed with credit card) are normally dispatched within 24 hours, either by post or courier, depending on the destination and weight. If ordering a product marked “Ships within: 7-11 days”, WHOLE order will be shipped as soon as this product is back in stock. If this product cannot be obtained within 20 days, Rejoy will contact you a.s.a.p. with an estimated shipping date.

§ 4. Shipping
All international orders will be shipped by Swedish Postal Service (www.posten.se). Estimated delivery time is 2-6 days depending on the destination country. Where an incorrect address has been given to Rejoy with the order, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during checkout procedure before the confirmation of your order.

§ 5. Warranty & Returns
Rejoy offer a 6 month warranty on all products sold internationally. The warranty covers product fault made by manufacturer and does not apply to mistreatment, bad flash or any other accidents caused by Customer. Product should be returned in mint condition and in original and complete packaging. Before returning a product you need to contact Rejoy to receive an RMA document that needs to be included in the package. Rejoy does not refund any shipping costs or any other fees that may apply upon the return of product(s). If the returned product is verified faulty the product will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the returned product is verified as working the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs which can be paid by credit card, bank transfer. Item(s) will be shipped back as soon as payment has been received. Any item that is verified as working and has been soldered upon is not eligible for a refund.

§ 6. Cancellations
Cancellations can be permitted in special instances subject to written agreement with Rejoy. Rejoy retains the right but not the obligation to debit any additional costs or non-attained trading profit.

§ 7. Age verification
You need to be at least 18 years old to be able to purchase products from Rejoy.

§ 8. Privacy
All personal information sent to Rejoy is treated as securely as possible. Rejoy will not sell, distribute, lease or by any other means make your details available to a third party.

§ 9. Cookies
Our site uses Cookies. Cookies are used to recognize your browser and to provide certain features for you, such as automatic login, product recommendations and else. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allows you to take full advantage of some of Rejoy`s coolest features and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

§ 10. Force majeure
Rejoy is not liable for a failure to perform any of this obligations in so far as:
(a) the failure was due to an impediment beyond Rejoy ’s control, and
(b) Rejoy could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account the impediment and its effects upon Rejoy ’s ability to perform at the time of the conclusion of these terms and
(c) Rejoy could not reasonably have avoided or overcome it or its effects.

A ground of relief under this clause relieves Rejoy from liability in damages, from any and all contractual sanctions. Rejoy shall inform the Customer when a ground of relief occurs.
If the grounds of relief subsist for more than sixty (60) days, either party shall be entitled to terminate these terms by written notice.
